Covid-19

Due to current global pandemic with COVID-19, orders might take longer than expected to reach their destinations, this is very much out of our control so please keep an especially keen eye on your order during these times.

Shipping

We ship worldwide except North America (USA and its overseas territories, Canada). In North America you can find our pots at Mirai Bonsai webstore.

Domestic orders can take up to 3-5 business days. International orders can take up to 5-15 business days. If you would rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this.

We are not a large business with a team of people, every order is packed, labeled and sent off ourself, plese be patient.

When an item is sent from our studio to be shipped abroad, its the jurisdiction of the recieving country postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with us and the postage companies. We will always try our best to help the situation.

There might be tax  or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if we accidentally ship out wrong items or the item come to you damaged (we are only humans, mistakes can happen), if this does occur, please get in touch and we will rectify the order.

Pots

We do custom made pots, some pots may appear differently from that pictured. All of our pots are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item.
